Deep Tissue Massage
This massage uses slow strokes and deep pressure to work on tight areas to release specific muscle tension and restore flexibility. Deep-Tissue Massage is generally slower than Swedish, this technique is used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury. People often feel sore for one to two days after deep tissue massage.

Pregnancy Massage
Side lying techniques and specially placed cushions allow a comfortable and relaxing massage without putting any extra strain on mom or baby. Prenatal massage relieves back pain, decreases anxiety, improves sleep, increases circulation and overall well being. We now offer Earthlite’s Prone Pregnancy cushions as an alternative to the standard side lying position. These cushions allow mother to be a chance to lay safely on her tummy during the massage. The massage is customized to a woman's individual needs.

Post-Natal Massage
After your delivery, whether it is has been a week or much longer, we can help you start feeling like you again. Because we use organic coconut oil in our massages there is no chemical risks for you or baby. Our pregnancy cushions can also be used to help support tender breasts and tummies during this transition and side lying techniques area always an option.

Thai massage is done on a mat where the client remains fully clothed. This type of massage is a combination of deep stretching, pressure points and compression done without any lotions or oils. Thai massage helps with flexibility by opening up the hips, low back and shoulders. This service requires that the recipient wear loose fitting clothing such as yoga or exercise attire.

Ashiatsu Massage
Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure using their feet and body weight while holding onto bars placed on the ceiling. Many ashiatsu strokes help to elongate the spine. These movements dramatically stretch shortened muscles, which help in relieving pain and discomfort. These long fluid strokes also help flush the body’s lymphatic system. We recommend drinking plenty of water before and after a treatment to help with the detoxification process.
