Will The Garage Massage accept my health insurance?

Maybe! Let us help you find out. Fill out our Insurance Benefit Inquiry with the information found on your health insurance card and we will call on your behalf.

My insurance says you are out of network and it would be better for me to see an in network provider, is this true?

Even though we are in network with most insurance companies there are a few that we are not contracted with. We still accept out of network plans and sometimes your benefit will have the same or similar cost, regardless of networking status. We always suggest you have us check your benefits for you before you assume it would be a bad deal. We can even give you a comparison for In/Out of Network so you can make an informed decision.

What will my insurance cover?

Health insurance will usually cover up to (4) 15 minute units. The first hour of a 90 minute or 2 hour massage may be covered per your health insurance benefits. Any time over an hour will be charged at our time of service of $100/hr.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

We require 24-hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments so that we can schedule someone else. If you cannot give 24-hours notice, you will be charged the full amount for the appointment. For anyone who “no-shows” an appointment, they will be charged the full amount for their scheduled appointment. If you are 30 minutes late and your appointment is shortened in length, you will be charged the full amount that you were initially scheduled for. These policies are in place for respect to our therapists, office staff, and other clients. Please arrive on time and be ready.

Cancellations can be made via phone (425) 998-6542. Leave us a voicemail or send us an email if you do not reach one of our staff.

All clients are required to have a credit card on file in the event of late cancellations.

We recognize that emergencies happen. For cancellations made within 24 hours, it will be at the discretion of the office staff if a client must pay for the full service of the missed appointment.

In the event that you or a family member is violently ill, either vomiting or diarrhea or has had a fever in the 24 hours prior to your appointment, please be respectful and kindly cancel your appointment. For these types of cancellations, there will be no charge because we do not want to expose our staff and other clients to illness.

It is your responsibility to keep track of your scheduled appointments via the mobile app, email and text confirmations, or by confirming your appointment online. We are not responsible for missed appointments due to client error.
