Will The Garage Massage accept my health insurance?

Maybe! Let us help you find out. On the top of the page click "INSURANCE" and then "INSURANCE BENEFITS REQUEST." Fill out the form with the information found on your health insurance card and we will call on your behalf.

Why is the First Visit Special only offered with certain therapists? Are they not as good?

First, we are VERY selective about who we work with.  Whether they have 12 months or 12 years of experience all of our therapists are here for the same reason - They are GOOD at what they do.  We offer the special  so you can save some money while you find the right therapist for you. This helps the newer therapists to our office fill up their schedules and allows you to save some money while still getting a great massage. Once their schedules get too busy we wont be offering the special anymore so make sure to take advantage of this while you can.

Do you ever have same day appointments or do I have to book out?

We do book out quickly so if you have specific times that only work for your schedule, booking out is ideal to insure you can get the appointment time you need. We do, however, get same day and same week cancellations which we post daily on our twitter page. you can easily search for daily openings  by following us on twitter or searching #massagenow

Do you offer couples massages?

We do have a couples room in our Issaquah office. This room can be booked over the phone only because we need to make sure it does not get booked by more than one couple at a time. Table massage and Thai massage can be done in this room together. 

I'm having trouble booking with my mobile device. What am I doing wrong?

Our online booking can be confusing if you are using a mobile device - especially when we are booked out for a while.  On  mobile devices the easiest route is to download the Mind Body Connect app. 

If you do go through the website keep in mind that when looking for available appointments the day must be green with a check mark. Although the grey boxes say "available" there is no availability that day. 


Do your gift cards work at both locations? 

Yes! Both locations are owned and operated by us so specials, prices and gift cards are the same for both offices. 

My insurance says you are out of network and it would be better for me to see an in network provider, is this true?

Even though we are in network with most insurance companies there are a few that we are not contracted with. We still accept out of network plans and sometimes your benefits will have the same in and out of network benefits. We always suggest you have us check your benefits for you before you assume they won't cover your massages. We will even give you a in and out of network comparison so you can make an informed decision. 

What is your Cancellation Policy?

The Garage Massage is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.

Please call us at (425) 998-6542 by 3:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 6:00 p.m. on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $40 for the missed appointment.
