Mao fell in love with the transformative power of massage therapy during her training at Discover Point School of Massage, where she graduated in 2023. Mao has a deep-rooted passion for wellness and natural living, and is inspired by the body’s innate ability to restore balance and heal itself. To Mao, massage is a way to nurture the connection between mind, body, and spirit through mindful touch and compassionate care.
Mao is also a certified Aromatherapist and Reiki practitioner. She creates a personalized, safe, and nurturing space for every client to feel heard, cared for, and supported in connecting with their body.
Outside of the studio, Mao enjoys spending her time with her family and her dog, practicing yoga, and reading books.
