Lena graduated from Renton Technical College’s massage program in 2025. After working as a farmer and an ESL teacher, Lena found that massage therapy brought together her passions for working with her hands and for creating meaningful change in people’s lives.
Lena strives to meet her clients where they’re at by adapting her massages to each individual. She believes massage is a crucial tool for stress-relief, improved movement, and decreased pain. Lena combines approaches and techniques, often using hot stones and myofascial release, and doing deep tissue work to help her clients feel able to do what they love.
When not at the Garage, Lena enjoys slow mornings with a book and strong coffee, full days spent outside, and cuddling her two cats (whenever they let her).
