Dakota graduated from Washington Spa Academy in 2024 and recently completed his Master of Science in Acupuncture from Bastyr University. Dakota was drawn to massage by its integral role in healing. Massage allows him to feel dysfunction in a person’s muscles as well and create a plan to better treat the whole person. Dakota enjoys feeling the change in his patient’s musculature as they release during the session. He prefers deep tissue work and loves integrating acupressure, cupping, and gua sha into his sessions. That said, he can also take a gentler approach and help his clients relax, too. Dakota is always trying to incorporate new techniques, modalities, and methods into his massage. His combined approach to massage with his acupuncture background allows him to offer holistic care.
When Dakota is not working with patients, you can find him enjoying the outdoors: surfing, mountain biking, or dancing.
